Let me introduce myself.
My name is Susan, artist and founder of Prentique. The mission of Prentique is to immortalize a place or memory through drawing, making the feeling last forever. The thought of my drawings potentially adorning someone's living room for years to come or being featured on a restaurant's menu is truly remarkable for me.
Thank you, Amsterdam! Living in Amsterdam has given me a different perspective on houses and buildings. Walking along the canals sometimes feels like being in an open-air museum. Amsterdam has ignited my passion for drawing such beautiful architecture. As an artist, I love immersing myself in the details of architecture and adding personal details and elements (such as pets or favorite flowers) into the drawing to make it more unique.
Starting in 2026, a new chapter begins as I relocate to Paris. I look forward to immersing myself even deeper in historical architecture and the charming facades of Parisian restaurants, boutiques, and boulangeries. I am incredibly excited to let this new environment inspire my work and to expand Prentique in the city of light!
